We are deeply sorry, but due to the incredible recent demand, we have to temporarily stop accepting new customers.

This was a hard decision that is devastating to our team, but it is a measure that we have to take in order to handle the load of our existing customers and scale with continuing traffic. Currently, our systems are currently running at over 20 times their historical peak load.

We understand that everyone needs videoconferencing now for public safety and would encourage going directly to Zoom.us or another video provider. As announced by The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the requirement for a HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform has been temporarily suspended:

A covered health care provider that wants to use audio or video communication technology to provide telehealth to patients during the COVID-19 nationwide public health emergency can use any non-public facing remote communication product that is available to communicate with patients.
If you would like to be added to our contact list to know when we are available for signups again, please use this contact form. However, please be advised that we estimate this will not be until mid-April or possibly later.

We thank you for thinking of us, and sincerely hope for your well-being and the well-being of those you care for.
